Find out the best foods and herbs to eat for each season to maintain and heal the body by balancing your own personal energies. A healthy Ayurvedic practice encompasses food choices, right thinking, and lifestyle strategies. All Nourishment demonstration workshops are designed to help you cook delicious and healthy food. If you are struggling with particular health conditions, sensitivities and dietary restrictions, Executive chefs, nutritionists and physicians will show you how to make healthy meals that don't sacrifice taste!

Movement

Movement classes includes fitness, nutrition and healthy living courses that are available to the public.
